Can Vee Insure provide everything needed to run my TPA?

Vee Insure is your one stop shop for business process outsourcing solutions. We can handle the Front End Claims Process (mailroom, scan, data capture, EDI) to the Claims Administration Process (claim adjudication) to the Back End Claim Process (output distribution of EOB's and checks).

 

Can Vee Insure perform complex billing like multiple formats?

Yes, the Vee Insure system provides the capability to do multiple forms of billing. One of the strongest features of our system is the ability to complete mass changes in rates or fees in the billing system.

 

What percentage of auto-adjudication is possible on the Vee Insure system?

While auto-adjudication varies based on TPA process, plan complexity and benefit type, the Vee Insure system can perform extremely high output via auto-adjudication logic. Electronic PPO repricing, COB coordination and other steps enable Vee Insure customers to achieve over 70% auto-adjudication on medical plans.

Vee Insure has spent years perfecting a process that significantly improves the match on providers during the data capture and claim payment process. Through a combination of third party and proprietary approaches developed at Vee Insure, a provider database cleanup process is available to customers.
