VeeInsure has defined and developed ISMS (Information Security Management System) as per ISO27001/BS7799 standards and is the first BPO in India to have adopted OCTAVE (Operational Critical Threat Asset Vulnerability Evaluation) risk assessment model developed by Software Engineering Institute - Carnegie Mellon University (SEI-CMU). Concurrently, VeeInsure is working towards SPMM Level 3/3.
In retrospect, having a Fortune 500 company as a first customer was both a challenge and a boon. Security was a main concern area.
