Being a technology focused company VeeInsure uses best of breed software and technology in all its processes. VeeInsure also has its own IT team to develop software and for integration with clients' processes and systems.
OCR – VeeInsure uses multiple OCR to increase speed and efficiency while decreasing cost. VeeInsure monitors and audits the OCRs' performance.
Work Flow – Administering a huge workflow of as much as 100,000 claims per day is a big challenge. VeeInsure has a very powerful and effective workflow management system that allots batches of files to each processor thus making control and monitoring easy.
VeeCapture – This proprietary software is used to capture data from an image. VeeCapture takes care of all the data capture and conversion into the output format required by the client, providing for customization at every stage. It indexes, stores and retrieves the document in the prescribed format. Being an in-house development, the immediate benefit to a client is the lowered cost per transaction.
Connectivity Capabilities – We have 4 T1 Lines (2 E1 Lines) - one each through the Pacific and the Atlantic routes. Another T1 line connects both the delivery centers. Alternate routings are in the form of a 1 MB Premium Internet Leased Circuit in each of the delivery centers and VPN trunks from point to point.
Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning –
We have robust and time-tested BCP and DR plans at VeeInsure. Our sister concern VSTP has incubated top companies like Texas Instruments, Oracle, CISCO and ANZ-IT and has provided excellent services matching international standards. Operations over 21 years do not reflect even a single instance of power failure of +2 hours, at a SLA level. Our BCP has been put to the test during the Algerian earthquake in May, 2003 and also during the more recent New York power outage.
