Vee is the first BPO in India to have adopted OCTAVE (Operational Critical Threat Asset Vulnerability Evaluation) risk assessment model developed by Software Engineering Institute – Carnegie Mellon University (SEI-CMU) and are working towards getting SPMM Level 2.

- Vee has HIPAA approved software for encryption/decryption
- We have developed and evolved several best practices in the process management of healthcare and insurance processing.
- All of our staff working on US Healthcare related back office processing are fully conversant with HIPAA regulations, PHI (Protected Health Information) and all related requirements. We also understand the cultural accepts of security and have addressed this in our security training curriculum.

Having been HIPAA compliant for the last five years, we now offer HIPAA consultancy services for Clinics, Hospitals and other processing operations. Our knowledge of HIPAA is directly available to our processors and thereby to our clients as well.
