OCR – Vee uses multiple OCR to increase speed and efficiency while decreasing cost. Vee constantly monitors and audits the OCRs performance and tweak the OCR to derive maximum benefits.

Work Flow – Administering the huge workflow of as many as 100 thousand claims per day is a big challenge. Vee has a very powerful and effective workflow management system where Control and Monitor has become very easy. The work flow software developed by Vee is a high end software that allots batches of files to each processors.

VeeCapture , the proprietary software from Vee is used to capture data from the image is a robust software which takes care of all the data capture and conversion into the output format required by the client with customization for every process. The image search software indexes, stores and retrieves the document. As this is developed by the Inhouse Technology staff, the cost per transaction is reduced for the client.

Connectivity Capabilities : We have 4 T1 Lines (2 E1 Lines) round the globe. One T1 line is taken through the Pacific route and the other T1 line is taken through the Atlantic route. There is one T1 line connecting both the Service Centers. We have also catered for alternate routings. We have 1 MB Premium Internet Leased Circuit in each of the centers. Vee also has VPN trunks from point to point

Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning
We have robust and time-tested BCP and DR plans at Vee. Our Group company VSTP has incubated top companies like Texas Instruments, Oracle, CISCO and ANZ-IT and have provided excellent services matching internal standards. We have now handled operations over 21 years without a single breach of SLA of over 2 hours of power failure. Our BCP has been tested during the Algerian earthquake in May, 2003 and the recent New York power outage.
